Excellent accommodation. Beautiful decor and lovely hosts. Our room was tastefully decorated,immaculously clean and very comfortable. We didn't order breakfast but regrettednòt doing so as it looked delicious.

Perfect in every way. The room was excellent and the little courtyard at the front was ideal for our little dog Betsy. She could sit in the sunshine watching the world go by.The attention to detail was great even down to the welcome cards for both us and one for Betsy too from Lucca.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so that we have already booked again.

OMG...this is a gem!The cleanest room I have every stayed in...spotless! All furniture is top quality and stylish. Amazing night's sleep, great breakfast in bed and superb shower.The owners were very polite and helpful. If you are staying in Littlehampton this is definitely the place to stay!!

We were met by Mark upon our arrival.He showed us to our room and answered any questions we had.The room was lovely and very clean.We opted to have breakfast in our room and it was amazing.On checkout, Richard was on hand to make sure we’d had an enjoyable stay.Richard and Mark are the perfect hosts!We would highly recommend the East Beach Guest House.

We stayed at the East Beach Guest House 3rd to 6th October whilst visiting family nearby .East Beach is superb . The rooms are spotless and so comfortable. Richard and Mark have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.The accommodation is situated just over from the sea front and close to several restaurants that the guys recommend. We tried the Italian and it was spot on.The breakfast in the guest house is delicious , served with aplomb and excellent value for money.All in all a wonderful stay . This is our new go to place when visiting family in the area .

We recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel by the sea, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Warmly greeted at the entrance and shown to our room. Really lovely decor, tastefully done. Lovely little treats left - box of chocolates for us for valentines, and a tub of dog treats for our puppy. Super comfy bed!

Another five star stay at East Beach with Rich and Mark. We were meeting up with family who were also staying for a pre-Xmas break. Our furry friend was again spoilt by the owners and loved meeting up with Lucca, their dog. Everything was immaculate and breakfast as always was first class. We are excited to book again for 2025.

Amazing last minute trip down to Littlehampton on where the welcome from Richard at a beautiful venue was first class. The decor, set up and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at the East Beach Guest House, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The guest house is lovely and well presented, parking was arranged for me ahead of my stay and i had a space allocated to me in the long stay car park opposite the guest house. My room was lovely and the continental breakfast was great. I would definitely stop here again next time I am in the area.

We stayed at the East Beach Guest House for 1 night as we were going to a friends party. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Littlehampton. Our room, a deluxe King, was beautifully decorated, welcoming and spotless! There was tea, coffee, water and biscuits on a tray and a welcome note on the bed which were really thoughtful touches. The shower was good and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast in the morning was good and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Littlehampton.

We came here for a weekend getaway trip to celebrate our dogs birthday, and it was the perfect weekend. Mark and the entire staff at East Beach Guest House was more than welcoming, was so kind to us and our dog Gus, gave us amazing recommendations for food and activities in the area and was just generally great people. the room was clean and comfortable (proper bed and thick duvet!!), felt super cosy despite the storm raging outside.the breakfast was also divine. The lounge areas overlook the beach and if we had more time we’d definitely have wanted to cosy up there with a board game. We absolutely loved it, thank you so much Mark and all and we hope to be back very soon!

Totally loved staying with you again can't remember how many times I have stayed with you but I'm returning again next year. East beach guest house is really a Home from home. Comfy and pleasant bedroom with en suite shower room. Free parking just across the road. Delicious continental breakfast with fresh strawberries and fruit and yoghurt, cereals, fresh selection of pastries, etc. Delightful hosts. Spacious and comfy sitting room available for guests all day overlooking the beach. A superb stay altogether. Also some really terrific restaurants very close by.

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay. Richard and Mark were extremely hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They even provided treats for our dog! Our room was cozy and comfortable with a spotlessly clean en suite bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and we chose to eat it in bed each morning. Séjour de 4 nuits. Accueil personnalisé, les propriétaires super sympthique. La maison a ce côté "so british". Face à la mer, l'endroit est décoré avec goût. Et surtout, on y dort bien. Tout est très feutré, pas de bruits. Le petit déjeuner est parfait : produits de qualité dans une très belle salle. Je recommande. Beaucoup de discrétion de la part des hôtes. We had a fabulous stay at the guesthouse. My husband is disabled, there are a few steps up to the front entrance but the room on the ground floor was perfect for us particularly as it accommodated our dog for a small surcharge. (He even got a gift from the owners who are delightful hosts!) The breakfast was a real highlight so fresh and delicious. Thank you.

We needed to visit Littlehampton again and had no doubt where we would stay. East Beach is comfortable, clean, has good views to sea at breakfast, super friendly, is easy to park near and great value for money. A very well appointed guest house in extremely good order and well positioned within Littlehampton. Very healthy breakfast but be warned that continental at the guest house does not cover cheese and cold meats. Our personal choice at home is to vary breakfast from day to day but the breakfast served was identical across the three days. Whilst very good the predictability of the breakfast on Day 3 took some of the shine away. That said, we were delighted with the overall package.

We stayed again with Richard and Mark at East Beach for one night to attend the Westie Walk. Our room was beautiful and the view was peaceful and calming looking on to the Green and the sea! Willow our doggie was also spoilt with treats and got to meet Lucca. Breakfast was delicious and not to be missed and then we relaxed in the lounge in the evening with a glass of wine. Richard and Marc were perfect hosts. We stayed for a week during the Goodwood Festival in Littlehampton.The accommodation is very tastefully furnished and is lovingly run by the two. We received a very warm welcome from Mark and both he and Rich are delightful hosts. Our room on the upper ground floor was comfortable, everything having been well refurbished. The bed, a modern 4 poster, was very comfortable and enabled a goof night’s sleep. Breakfast comprised a couple of packets of Kellog cereals, a granola, yoghurt and honey compote, mini pastries and croissants, orange juice and various teas or coffee; very pleasant and enough to set us up for a day’s activities.It was all spotlessly clean and very lovely. I booked online 5 minutes before arriving. Met and shown to the immaculate room. Facilities were perfect with a lovely welcoming note. This is such a lovely place to stay. Our room had the added bonus of a kitchen which proved very useful.Richard and Mark were great hosts and there were some nice added touches to make our stay extra-special. In particular, it was our daughter's 7th birthday and there was a card and present waiting for her on arrival.The breakfast was great and Richard and Mark were always on hand if we needed any information about the area.Lovely lounge to relax in and great views of the sea.It was less than 5 minutes walk from the beach (even laden with bags!) and there was plenty of room in the public car park which is directly opposite the accommodation.We would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again next time we visit Littlehampton.

Lovely lovely place, so carefully curated from the wall colours to the croissants… we escaped our urban heat for a couple of nights to a cool north-facing ground floor bedroom looking onto a calm small pebbled courtyard with a serene hydrangea in a pot. After traveling to Littlehampten on the off chance,we were welcomed by Mark at the East Beach Guest House. He was very polite and welcoming. He checked to make sure there was an available room then led us to the lounge to complete registration. He was informative at all times. Our room was much nicer than expected with everything clean and appearing new. The shower room was spotless, the bed was huge and comfortable with more than enough pillows. Will visit again.

Spotlessly clean 8-room guest house with a boutique feel in a marvellous location overlooking the central beach and promenade.We stayed in the front bedroom at the top of the house with the sea view. It also had crisp bed linen, a firm mattress, fluffy towels and a Nespresso coffee machine. Minus points: bathroom fittings jammed into a small space and an erratic shower flow.Host Rich provides a warm welcome and lots of great tips on what to see and where to eat and drink.Firmly recommended.

Decided to stay in Littlehampton overnight after a long drive. Found this delightful guest house on the sea front. Lucky to get the last room which was on the ground floor with a well equipped small kitchen and private patio. Dog friendly, great location and close to restaurants and beach.Comfortable bed with good pillows, fabulous continental breakfast. Will definitely return.

Honestly I can’t rate my stay highly enough. The room & lounge are beautiful… and the breakfast (fresh fruit, warm pastries, cereal & yoghurt) was delicious. We stayed in the lower ground floor room with kitchen. Excellent facilities but a couple of easy chairs would have been nice as rather difficult to watch the TV from the bed or settee. Breakfast fantastic, best we have had anywhere!We managed but people with limited mobility should be warned about the high steps down into the room.

We weren’t at East Beach Guest house for long (checked in at 8pm and out by 8am) but found our short stay here fantastic!! We were met with warm attentiveness the second we arrived and even received a free room upgrade. The breakfast in bed offering was also great and had everything you could possibly want! Will happily be rebooking this hotel if we’re ever in the area again.

With very welcoming owners we very much enjoyed our stay.The room was thoughtfully furnished and decorated with a very comfortable bed and a view towards the sea. The room had a great selection of hot drinks, yummy biscuits, quality bathroom minis, and the delicious continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. We arrived at lunchtime on Monday 10th June, which is my partners birthday, for a 3 night stay. We received a warm welcome from Mark who showed us to our lovely sea view room which ready. It was spotlessly clean and there was a box of chocolates in our room for my partner for her birthday. The continental breakfast was lovely and you could be flexible with both the order and where you ate it. We replaced some of the pastries for toast and ate it in the lounge rather than our room. The hotel is well positioned a few minutes from the sea and walking distance to local pubs, restaurants and shops. All in all we would highly recommend the hotel and will go back.

Just a quick 1 night stay sadly for a family funeral in the area but I thoroughly enjoyed the very fresh delicious continental breakfast and stroll over to the beach. I found the bathroom stylish and the shower lovely and hot, bed and pillows comfy and despite the nature of my trip it turned out to be an enjoyable one and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Richard and Mark run a very tight ship. Attention to detail being number 1 in their thoughts. Our very clean room was compact and with everything you could wish for. Lovely soft squishy pillows. The only downside we felt were that the single duvets were a bit small for the beds. The breakfast was lovely but toast as an addition would have been good. Finally great location for Littlehampton and with very good parking arranged by our hosts. Overall a great find for us and we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable bed, great sea view , relaxing communal lounge, freeparking across the road, walking distance to station. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Littlehampton is superb for visiting the historical sites of the South coast of England.

The room was of a good size and the location of the house was perfect. Hardly heard anyone else even through we had neighbours in the next room. Car parking was excellent, so no concerns there. Breakfast was of a high standard and delivered bang on time. The bed was very comfortable. Nights were peaceful with no neighbourhood noises. Richard and Mark should be applauded for running such a beautiful guest house. We went for our first anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place. We were upgraded for free and received a box of chocolates and a card. The room was lovely, decorated to a high standard with comfy bed, toiletries, tea and coffee, biscuits. Breakfast was a mixture of warm pastries, yoghurt, cereals and a bowl of fresh fruit which consisted of strawberries, grapes, melon, pineapple. This was a last minute booking (2 Adults, 2 children and a dog), It was just so easy and stress free. We arrived around mid-day and although check in was supposed to be at 3pm, the hosts allowed us to check-in early which we were so grateful. OMG Plus they paid for our parking.Now about our room - Stunning, beautiful, incredible I could go on but you must see to believe. The attention to detail is mind blowing.We had out fury member of our family (Teddy) with us and although they allow dogs you would never know they have dogs, no smell, no barking absolutely spotlessly clean. We had a lovely welcome note and so did Teddy with luxury treats! OMG the lounge is to die for well actually everything was lol. My 9 year old after minutes of arriving said next time we have to stay about a month (I told her to get a job first Lol although she had a good point)Breakfast was delivered to our room not 1 sec later than we requested I was amazed when I heard the knock on the door, what a beautiful breakfast it was.We felt so looked after and valued (I told my husband this is the kind of service I've been asking him for, for the last 8yrs). It is evident the hosts have an eye for interior design and detail but most importantly a heart to serve. I couldn't recommend East Beach Guest House enough. Stayed in this lovely B&B for a couple of nights,The room we stayed in was lovely, decorated to a high standard, lovely lots of nice little touches, the Continental breakfast was superb quality and plenty of it! We stayed at East Beach on Saturday night with our dog Willow. From the moment we met Richard and Mark we felt like we were home from home.They are so dog friendly and Willow loved meeting Lucca and even had a present from him. Very clean and our Suite in Room 1 was excellent for anyone with a dog as have your own private patio area and a kitchenette as well. We chilled in the lounge in the evening after a meal out and was so relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Will be back in the summer for a couple of nights.

We had a lovely two night stay here with our dog, who was very welcome, despite the boutique glamour! Immaculately clean with chic decor, warm hosts and a lovely spot on the sea front. We walked to Ferring and also drove to nearby Arundel for a walk in the South Downs. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I've just spent my fifth stay with Mark and Richard at their wonderful boutique guest house. They're so welcoming and really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room, although small, was beautifully appointed, with a lovely sea view andimmaculately clean. The bathroom is very tiny but very well designed and there was every thing you could possibly need. The breakfast was once again anazing and they catered so well for mydietary requirements. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

We stayed with Mark and Richard, who are excellent hosts, over the Easter weekend and almost couldn't have asked for more from East Beach Guest House. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been having a bath-tub but hey we knew that when booking and the ensuite shower was lovely in its own right.In all other respects East Beach Guest House deserves top marks. The house is spotlessly clean, which is a minor miracle given that you're allowed to bring your dogs. It's also calm and quiet which is true whether you're relaxing in the comfortable lounge or settling down for a good night's sleep. Which was not a problem as the beds are so comfortable.What you can also depend upon is a very tasty continental breakfast which manages to hit the spot. Whether you prefer cereal or granola or yogurt or warm croissants or fruit salad (or all of them) you're sure to leave satisfied with both the quality and the quantity.Also Mark and Richard are on the top of the little touches whether that means supplying an unexpected Easter egg, keeping your dog happy with treats or arranging parking across the road it's all taken care of. That's probably why we feel so relaxed after our sunny weekend away!

From the moment we booked communication was easy. Arriving we were met by Mark who was so friendly and welcoming, our room which was on the sea front was beautiful. The decor is modern but still with the traditional features. Spotlessly clean. The bathroom is beautiful and high quality. We would definitely recommend staying at East Beach Guest House. It is easy to find with free car park... the place itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. We have stayed here twice, for 2 nights each time, and just love everything about East Beach Guest House from the friendly welcome and delicious continental breakfast to the spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished rooms.We travel on public transport and it is a super-convenient destination for those without a car.Quiet surroundings, pleasant riverside and seafront walks and a good choice of places to eat out.This is now our favourite "bolt hole" when we need a break and we would recommend it unreservedly to couples, singles, families....and dogs, of course!

What a lovely little guest house.It is expensive for a night - but the decor and little touches to high standards you can see why. Bed was huge and lovely as was the linen - the en-suite was beautiful and high finish only Criticism I would give is the shower is quite small not a lot of room to move around and the tap was too big for the sink so when you washed your hands the water splashed everywhere.Hosts were lovely and friendly and breakfast was simple but lovely.

Arrived and stayed in a lovely room looking out into the seafront. Lots of friendly dog walkers and great walks.Nice long promenade and we covered plenty of miles walking up and down to the harbour and Mewsbrook park.Had a great meal at the Arrun View pub, the beach pub was great for cocktails and finished up with lovely fish and chips at Oscar’s.Breakfast was lovely. We had a great one night stay, we were made to feel very welcome by Mark on arrival. Our room was really lovely and the bed was extra comfy. I booked the room for a friend with mobility issues, Mark was really helpful and booked a room on entrance level. There was lots of info about the room and parking as I arranged to drop my friend . My friend commented how friendly the guys were and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a tip top stay in a extra special spot by the sea!

Although we were due a 3PM arrival, we got there at 7.30. Mark was quick to invite us in, show us our room and help us get settled in, asking about our journey and plans. The room is spacious with a king sized bed, en suite with shower. There was a personalised greeting on the bed, with the usual amenities too, such as tea, coffee, TV and wardrobe.Breakfast was in the lounge (however, we were also offered breakfast delivered to our room, if people prefer) which is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was a continental, with cereal, fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, grapes and melon), yoghurt with honey and clusters and fresh baked pasties as well as your choice of coffee or tea. The views are stunning, looking out over the seafront. Richard greeted us each day and enquired into our stay and plans, asking on the second day how they had gone.A lovely place that we would stay at again if in this area (we are from the midlands so a long drive down)

Wow, firstly to be greeted by Mark who is absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. The room we had was large and welcoming, with a hand written note and all the little extras for the perfect stay. I was blown away by the beautiful decor of the room, I need Rich to be my interior designer at home. Now breakfast was on another level. Not the best weather but we had views out to sea whilst eating the most gorgeous fresh fruit, yogurt with a stunning granola topping and freshly baked pastries all lovely and warm. Nothing was too much trouble and we were sad to leave. It’s in the diary to return in the not too distant future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

My adult daughter & I stayed in this is a wonderful guest house located within a few hundred yards of the sea. The hosts have paid attention to every detail & make you feel extremely welcome. Honestly this was probably one of the best places I've stayed. Very nice people who run it. Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was posh, absolutely nothing that wasn't thought of including shower caps which I wasn't able to use being bald. We were delighted with East Beach Guest House.We stayed in the Deluxe King Room with Sea view.East beach Guest House is a B&B that is almost American in its luxury.Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, and we were brought a generous continental breakfast in bed each morning.Rich and Mark are excellent hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.There were all sorts of little thoughtful touches, and the mattress was superb.It rained quite a lot during our stay, and we were delighted to be allowed to eat take-away food in the comfortable, sea-facing lounge.Despite the weather, we managed three lovely long walks along the sea front promenade.Littlehampton is a relatively unspoiled seaside town, and a great choice for a few days by the sea.

A really well considered and executed b&b right on the coastal road in Littlehampton. Parking was easy and the hosts were so welcoming to us and our dog. Facilities were spot on and the breakfast was very tasty. It wasn't a hot breaky but we liked that for the waistline. Being able to be beside the sea in less than 2 hours from London is convenient and something we'll defo do again. Highly recommended.

Mark and Richard provide a service so considered that I would describe it as teetering on Zen. It has won them recognition for the best boutique guest house in Sussex. They are charming, knowledgeable and funny hosts.In a spirit of Zen I think they will embrace a difficulty I wish, in full arrogance, to set them.It is to find a way to reduce single use plastic in the bathroom.Thank you, both, for what you do.We hope you liked the sculpture we made for you with the gorgeous cushions in our room. What did it mean, this sculpture? At the time it felt playful, but now I think it was a homage to both play and teetering.

We stayed at east beach for the weekend as a family of 4 in their family room. It was lovely! We had our own seating area outside which doubled as our own private entrance. We also had our own fully fitted kitchen. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. I was nervous about breakfast with children that eat like horses but I shouldn’t have worried. There was loads! From cereal, fruit, yogurts and pastries all freshly made and hot upon arrival. It was delicious. The children especially liked the area with the beach across the road, arcades and fair ground rides, they didn’t stop the whole time. Mark and Richard were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. As we left the children asked when we could come back. We will definitely be back soon. Thankyou for an unforgettable weekend.

This was a very last minute booking and I took the only room left which was classed as a single but was much more than that. Mark kindly let check in early as I had an event to go to. The room was lovely with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The en suite looked brand new and really stylish. A hand written welcome card propped up on the bed. A beautiful breakfast tray left outside the door in the morning. I cannot rate this place highly enough. And all a stones throw from the beach. I am going back in a few weeks for an even more relaxing time. Mark and Richard are incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts and for this I am rating East Beach guest house a full 5 stars.

I love Littlehampton anyway, but East Beach Guest House really was the icing on the cake. From the fabulous welcome to the sad goodbye it was perfect in every way. The room was small but well designed with an amazing sea view from the bed. It was super clean and comfy with lots of luxury touches like toiletries and a coffee machine and soft fluffy towels. The real joy (for me at least) was an amazing breakfast in bed. The breakfast tray was presented so beautifully with warm pastries, juice, fruit, yogurt and cereal. There was also the option of booking a spa treatment (although sadly it was fully booked when I visited) I absolutely loved it. A real gem. I will be back.

East Beach great location facing the sea front, pre-register your car on arrive for free parking in large carparking infront guest house. Hosts providing friendly & relaxing stay. My room was at rear so no sea view but very comfortable bed & pillows with compact ensuite. as its located on sea front you have access straight to the sea front and the numerus cafes & restaurants close by. Wow! What a superb experience! Richard and Mark were both so welcoming and could not do enough for us. The room was absolutely beautiful. My sister, young nephew and myself stayed at East Beach Guesthouse this week and we had a lovely time. The hotel was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfectly positioned; 1 minute’s walk to the beach, there was free parking available and a tasty continental breakfast each day. Our room was comfortable and with a sea view. Just returned from 3 nights in Littlehampton. It was our first time visiting and East Beach Guest House was just perfect for us. Mark & Richard made us feel very welcome and the studio accommodation was brilliant. The breakfast delivery to our room each morning was such a treat! We visited Worthing & Arundel both beautiful and I recommend a lovely cafe in Worthing called Coast Cafe. It is perfect for families as it has a park & splash pad right behind it. Pizza Perch was a great stop for lunch also right on the seafront again.

A most pleasant sray. Mark greeted usin a very dedicated and personal way and made us feel so welcome. The room was pretty and very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The East Beach Guest House was perfect for my overnight stay in Littlehampton. Across from the beach and a block from the Aran River, it was located perfect for walking the waterfront. I enjoyed eating dinner at The Beach restaurant, recommended by Rich and a short stroll down the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in my room was a nice touch too! A beautiful house where some genuine thought has gone into the decor and furnishing, which is out of the ordinary. The bedding is top-quality too. It’s very peaceful and relaxing with views out to sea over the green. Considering the location, and the hosts supplying a parking pass in the car park opposite, it is very good value for money and ideal for a short break. I messaged ahead of arrival to see if I could get there early and wait in the lounge due to family reasons. By 13.46 I had a text to say our room was ready. The hosts are a couple of the friendliest people we have met. They were engaging in their conversations and showed empathy and compassion. The guest house is a perfect location for a walk along the beach and the entire place is spotlessly clean. The facilities were second to none and all appliances were high end. We didn't pay a great deal for the room and certainly would have paid more. The breakfast provided was huge and we didn't manage all of it. All in all it was a perfect stay and we won't hesitate to return.

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Cleanliness, hygiene and service is exceptional nothing is to much trouble they are always available if needed. We didn’t have the continental breakfast but all other guests that we spoke to said it was excellent, if you require breakfast in bed they will deliver it to your room.Every day they make your bed clean and vacuum your room, waste bin emptied daily. Complimentary tea, coffee biscuits etc restocked every day.My partner and I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

The booking process was easy and there was plenty of useful communication from the hosts before our stay.On arrival, we were warmly met by Rich. Parking was easy and convenient and the location of the guest house is great. We had the large, front-facing room and it's lovely. Even though it's next to the front door and reception, and below the lounge, it was very quiet.We slept brilliantly, breakfast was amazing and if we needed anything, Rich was a moment away and couldn't have been more helpful.The Harvester is 30 seconds away if needed; the amusements and harbour are nice to stroll by and there is loads to do along the seafront and along the beach.We would have no hesitation in returning in the future.

We were very warmly welcomed and the room was beautifully prepared for us including a handwritten greeting. From the beginning you felt welcome and comfortable in this beautiful room. East Beach Guest House is a beautiful guest house with modern furnishings and stunning decor. We stayed in the (dog friendly) Home Suite. Our dog Snoop was made to feel very welcome and had a little box of treats as a welcome present.They are very accommodating and welcoming, even bringing us additional milk very early in the morning for our morning coffees which was very much appreciated!This is the second time we have stayed here and we will certainly be back. Great views onto the beach and relaxing walks along long stretches of beach.Lovely courtesy items are provided including Nespresso pods and hot chocolate.One of the key things to mention about the room we stayed in (on both visits) is that the room comes with a lovely outside terrace, where we have enjoyed our breakfast in the sunshine on both occasions (even in November!) A lovely welcoming note from both Richard & Mark was a really lovely touch.Our en suite room, (sea view included!)& the whole Guesthouse) was beautifully appointed and super-clean.Breakfast was delicious - and they catered for my gluten Free necessity without any probs, again, not a problem to the guys. You can have your brekkie in your room or in the guest lounge overlooking the seafront which we plumped for on both mornings.Richard suggested a couple of places to visit and we’d already opted for one of them - Arundel Castle … what a fantastic, interesting place with amazing gardens, would highly recommend a visit.All together a truly fantastic stay.

Stayed here last year and fell in love. Now back again, same dates, same room for our honeymoon. This was a lovely place to stay. We had one of the Deluxe double rooms with en suite. It was very tastefully furnished with everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. The whole accommodation was in excellent decorative order. A generous breakfast was served on a tray either in room or in the spacious lounge with sea view. Again there was attention to detail with presentation - fresh fruit salad, pot of tea or coffee, cereal, yoghurt pot and freshly baked pastries. There is a car park opposite and plenty of on road parking (in the low season at least). We used the accommodation as a base for visiting Arundel, Chichester and Brighton

10/10 stay a lovely guesthouse on the seafront. Mark is lovely and very accommodating host. The guesthouse is very clean and they pay attention to little details. The breakfast is deliciously and they did a full vegan continental breakfast which was amazing.The beds were super comfy and the shower in the room was great too.Can't fault anything... would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Richard and Mark were lovely, very good customer service remembered names and what had been done the night before even on only 1 meeting. Room was very comfy with a personal touch with a welcoming note. The folder with local information was fantastic to help those that hadn't travelled to the area before.

Such a fantastic gem! I was looking for somewhere to stay the night before a conference and found them online. Mark and Rich were so welcoming,I had a LONG drive down to them on the Sunday night, they placed cutlery and a plate in my room so that I could eat when I arrived, along with a lovely card to welcome you.The room was freshly renovated and very stylish....the bed.....wow! Highly rate this guest house. The host was very welcoming to us including my dog. Nothing was too much trouble and they were willing to help with any enquiries. We stayed in the room with courtyard access which was fantastic for the dog as we had a seperate entrance so could easily do late nice toilet trips for him without disturbing others. The breakfast was fantastic and everything was exceptionally clean. Thanks for having us!

What a wonderful stay with the most wonderful hosts. The guest house is located right on the seafront and I was greeted by the wonderful Richard on arrival. The decor and furnishings have a country house chic feel with elegant touches. I had a single room which was full Of charm and loved the fact while in the shower I could see the Sea. The bedding was wonderful , fresh crisp and clean and was one of the best nights sleep I’ve had. I can’t recommend this place enough. By far the nicest place to stay in Littlehampton and beyond. Really nice place to stay. Friendly hosts. Spotlessly clean, looked newly decorated and was very tastefully done. Great location overlooking the sea, and with parking very close by. We had the suite, with a kitchen and terrace, which I would definitely recommend. We had a dog so it was good to be able to go in and out with him through the French windows.

Although we only stayed for one night, our hosts made us feel extremely welcomed from the get go. It was the little touches...a text to say our room was ready earlier than expected and a note in our room upon arrival were some examples....as for the guest house...what a fabulous find..very easy to book..no long forms to complete...very clean ..lovely decor and great location....breakfast was outstandingbut would have been great if we could have checked out later than the 10am official time so we could savour our surroundings a little longer. I had the pleasure of a 3 night stay while working in Angmering. Richard and Mark were peerless hosts and their guest house is wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. So pleased to have found this comfortable and stylish guest house.Lovely welcome from hosts to their large period house on Littlehampton seafront.They went out of their way to make guests feel at home, providing local information and arranging parking in the carpark opposite (free).My room was cosy, super clean, and had good lighting and seating - and a Christmas card welcoming me.Good shower and toiletries provided.Breakfast was delicious - cornflakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit, a basket of warm pastries, orange juice and tea or coffee.You can have this in your room or in the guest loungeoverlooking the seafront.I was staying there for work but look forward to coming back for fun in the summer?

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful guest house owners and staff. Being dairy free, and I eat quite healthy. They were able to give me dairy free yogart, a lovely variety of fruit, vega spread, wholemeal bread and peppermint tea, yummy! All with friendly and welcoming conversation. Highly recommended 😊

We only stayed for one night and for the first time. We were made to feel very welcome, even our dog was made welcome with treats in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable (and large), the room had all the amenities necessary and the hosts, Richard and Mark, were very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the location (opposite the beach after a short walk over the grass area) was perfect. We will definitely use your B&B the next time we visit Littlehampton.Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. What an absolute gem of a guest house. The room we stayed in was beach facing, spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was simply delicious, we will definitely be staying again when in the area.

The East Beach Guest House is an absolute gem of a place in Littlehampton. We have visited many places across the UK for staycations but this has to be the best so far. The decor is modern with a beautiful colour scheme and we had access to a little garden at the friend. Superb customer service, comfy room, lots of space and dog friendly!It’s a shame we could only stay for one night but will be back!

This was a twin room booking for a male a female friends catch-up few days!Mark and Richard were the consummate hosts and the guest host was an ideal location.There is plenty of free street parking.The room was very modern and clean; whilst compact.Daily servicing of water, coffee, toiletries and towels was greatly received, and the continental breakfast was served with a smile and a chat.
